Success at the Managing IP Awards 2022

June 2022

HGF was nominated for a staggering 12 awards last night at the Managing IP Awards in London, and are delighted that the firm won European Trade Mark Firm of the Year (Patent and trade mark attorney firms) and Scottish IP Firm of the Year.

This public acknowledgement of the work that these two teams have undertaken to reach this point has been exceptional.

This European-wide win comes after our Trade Marks teams in England, Netherlands and Scotland are all already ranked in the top tier in various directories, such as Managing Intellectual Property, Legal 500 and World Trademark Review.

The Scottish team also hit gold as they were awarded Scottish IP Firm of the Year. Gary Wilson and the Scottish team have a track record of impressing the judges as this is the 6th time the team has won a Managing IP award. This year’s award covers Patents and Trade Marks, taking into account both client feedback and the work undertaken by the team.

About MIP – The Managing IP Awards programme recognises remarkable IP achievements and developments in the last year. Now in its 17th year, the awards cover several intellectual property practice areas and more than 50 jurisdictions. Click here for more info.
