Management Forum: The Art of European Claim Drafting – London

HGF Partner Leythem Wall will be presenting “The Art of European Claim Drafting” at the Management Forum workshop on 7-8 November 2019 in London.

The seminar combines one day of claim drafting fundamentals with a further day of focused workshops.

Leythem Wall will be one of the lead presenters on day one, where attendees will enhance their understanding of the principles of claim drafting process, analyse aspects of good description, amendments and interpretation, refine drafting skills and learn to successfully prepare and defend claims according to European practice.

Leythem will also be leading the day 2 chemical workshop, where he’ll analyse and explain chemical claim types, exceptions, disclaimers, exclusions and more important aspects to claim drafting.
