Le compte à rebours vers la JUB a commencé

février 2023

Le CPU a annoncé que le gouvernement allemand a déposé sa ratification de l’accord sur le CPU aujourd’hui (17 février 2023). Cela signifie que la Juridiction unifiée en matière de brevets et le brevet unitaire entreront en vigueur le 1er juin 2023. Cela déclenche également la phase de transition de trois mois pour le dépôt d’une demande anticipée de retrait des brevets européens de la juridiction du CPU, qui débutera le 1er mars 2023.
