Ayant précédemment géré un vaste portefeuille de brevets au sein d'une entreprise multinationale de santé, Adam excelle dans l'élaboration de stratégies de PI globales harmonisées et solides qui complètent les objectifs commerciaux de ses clients et apportent de la valeur à leur entreprise.

Les oppositions aux brevets européens constituent un aspect essentiel du travail d'Adam. Il possède une grande expertise dans ce domaine, ayant représenté des clients lors de plus de 50 audiences devant l'Office Européen des Brevets, tant pour attaquer que pour défendre des brevets critiques pour l'entreprise. Adam apprécie la nature stimulante, dynamique et contradictoire du processus d'opposition et possède un bilan établi dans l'obtention de résultats favorables pour ses clients.

Adam se consacre à fournir des conseils perspicaces et pragmatiques à ses clients dans divers secteurs d'activité et se spécialise dans le domaine de la technologie médicale et des dispositifs médicaux.
