IAM connect UPC 2022

HGF est un sponsor Gold à l’IAM Connect UPC 2022.

Il s’agit d’un événement en ligne organisé sur Zoom du 30 novembre au 1er décembre. Cet événement permettra aux principaux professionnels internes et des cabinets privés du monde entier d’avoir des discussions approfondies sur les questions les plus importantes soulevées par la CUP et d’obtenir des informations exploitables sur le nouveau système.

Rachel Fetches, associée et responsable juridique chez HGF, animera une table ronde sur ‘La période Sunrise‘ le 1er décembre :

La période Sunrise est une période cruciale pour les professionnels européens des brevets, offrant aux entreprises une courte fenêtre pendant laquelle les brevets peuvent être exclus de la CUP avant la mise en place du tribunal. Cette session aidera les délégués à éviter les dangers associés au processus d’exclusion.

Les panélistes discuteront de :

  • Comment pouvez-vous être le mieux préparé pour la période Sunrise ?
  • Quels sont les principaux dangers à éviter pendant cette période ?
  • Quelles sont les meilleures pratiques pour traiter les brevets sous licence ?
