This event offers a mix of thought-provoking and practical sessions covering approaches to IP protection, strategy, and monetisation, including patents, brand protection, copyright, licensing and trade marks.
HGF Partner Leythem Wall will be speaking on day 1 and will be presenting ‘Early Certainty at the EPO and Board of Appeal Rule Changes – are we more certain’. The session will cover:
- Statistical analysis of the EPO early certainty schemes
- Overview and strategies in light of upcoming EPO Board of Appeal rule changes
