Belgium – 4th to Ratify the UPC Agreement

June 2014

News from the Council of the EU – Belgium is the 4th member state to deposit its instrument of ratification on the Unified Patent Court agreement.

This is the second official ratification this week, with rumours that Denmark may be next to ratify.
