Experience

Michael holds both a Master of Chemistry degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Oxford, where he studied Chemistry and published 15 peer-reviewed papers.

Subsequently Michael worked in academia, as a post-doctoral research fellow at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, working on well-defined heterogeneous catalysts. Michael also has industry experience, having worked as a Knowledge Transfer Partnership research associate for a multinational working with plant-based oils.

Michael’s patent experience covers a wide range of chemical, pharmaceutical and consumer goods inventions, and he is working for a diverse range of companies across these technologies, from start-ups to multinationals.
