Laura's portfolio covers a broad range of biological subject matter, including biomarkers, therapeutics, biopharmaceuticals, cell therapies, cell biology, biotechnology and diagnostics. Her practice focuses on preparing patent applications, prosecuting patent applications, managing worldwide patent prosecution and validity opinions. Laura works with a wide range of clients from start-ups, SMEs and universities to large corporations.

Laura has considerable industry experience, having held various positions in multinational pharmaceutical and medical device companies prior to entering the profession. As a result, she has a deep understanding of her clients' businesses, resulting in commercially focused and pragmatic advice.
Laura has a particular interest in cancer diagnostics and therapeutics, having gained extensive knowledge through her studies at University College London and the University of Cambridge, as well as her positions in industry.
