Emily advises on and litigates the full spectrum of IP rights, including patent, copyright, trade mark, passing off, design rights, database rights, trade secrets and confidential information. Her cases have involved a wide range of technologies including software, pharmaceuticals, non-invasive pre-natal testing (and other diagnostic technologies), medical devices and "clean" automotive developments.
