Experience

Chris' aim when working with clients is to remove any extraneous issues and focus solely on what is important to achieve the client's intended outcome. He applies critical thinking skills learned through litigation, non-contentious work and legal article writing to work towards this.

Chris has a broad range of experience, across both contentious and non-contentious areas of law in a wide number of sectors (including automotive, food and drink, manufacturing and engineering, retail, technology and music law). Working on numerous cases at all stages of litigation and levels (IPEC, High Court, Court of Appeal) has allowed him to develop the necessary skills to evaluate a client's issue and provide effective advice.
