HGF is hosting a Seminar on Inventive Step, Recent Decisions from the UPC and EPO Boards of Appeal, which will be followed by networking, apero, and snacks.
The Seminar will be held on 25th June from 4.30pm – 7.30pm at Der Teufelhof Hotel Basel, The Archaeological Cellar.
HGF Partners Achim Krebs, Mike Nelson and Neil Henry and consultant Dominique Trösch will be discussing recent decisions from the Unified Patent Court (UPC) and European Patent Office (EPO) and the ongoing differences in how inventive step is assessed.
This engaging event will explore some recent decisions and assess their potential impact & practical implications for innovators and legal professionals navigating the European patent landscape.
