pro-manchester Retail Lunch

HGF is proud to be sponsoring the pro-manchester Retail Lunch.

The pro-manchester Retail Lunch will be held at the Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert Hotel on Thursday, 8th August.

The event will discuss retailers that have succeeded and struggled against this climate. There will be discussions around artificial intelligence and retail, and the key themes of personalised shopping experience, supply chain optimisation and and customer engagement through chatbots.

HGF Partners and Trade Mark Attorneys Lee Curtis and Lauren Somers will be attending, and Lauren will be chairing and speaking on a panel.

Lauren will be speaking on the panel ‘AI Revolutionising Retail: Enhancing Customer Experience.’

This session will delve into the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and retail, explore key themes such as personalised shopping experiences, supply chain optimisation, and customer engagement through chatbots.

Lauren will also be chairing the panel ‘Retail Resilience: Success Stories. Struggles, and Future Trends.’ 

They will explore how some retailers have succeeded against this climate, how others have struggled and what can be learned from both. The experts will also look forward to the current year, discussing developing trends in the sector and how these may align with anticipated consumer behaviours.
