L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement se tiendra les lundi 11 et mardi 12 mai \u00e0 Rotterdam, aux Pays-Bas. Il offrira des perspectives approfondies \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 du microbiome afin de transformer les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en produits viables.<\/p>\n

Craig Thomson<\/a>, associ\u00e9 et conseil en brevets chez HGF, interviendra sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab Construire la bonne strat\u00e9gie de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle pour les d\u00e9veloppeurs de produits de sant\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Les d\u00e9veloppeurs de produits en vente libre (OTC) tombent souvent dans le pi\u00e8ge de cr\u00e9er des strat\u00e9gies de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle (PI) calqu\u00e9es sur celles, bien \u00e9tablies, des produits pharmaceutiques approuv\u00e9s cliniquement, ce qui conduit \u00e0 des strat\u00e9gies de PI co\u00fbteuses, inefficaces et inadapt\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 ce que les d\u00e9veloppeurs du march\u00e9 OTC cherchent \u00e0 obtenir de la PI, nous verrons comment \u00e9laborer une approche de PI adapt\u00e9e aux produits non approuv\u00e9s cliniquement ; une approche qui utilise l\u2019ensemble des outils de PI de mani\u00e8re intelligente afin de construire la solution la plus efficiente. Enfin, nous examinerons ce qui peut \u00eatre fait concernant un portefeuille de PI lorsque l\u2019innovateur passe du d\u00e9veloppement de produits approuv\u00e9s cliniquement \u00e0 celui de produits OTC.<\/p>\n
