Le directeur des brevets d&#8217;HGF, Dr Andrew McGettrick, pr\u00e9sentera un webinaire en direct le 23 avril \u00e0 15h. <\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;Office europ\u00e9en des brevets (OEB) a reconnu l&#8217;importance de l&#8217;intelligence artificielle (IA) et de l&#8217;apprentissage automatique en mettant \u00e0 jour les Directives relatives \u00e0 l&#8217;examen de l&#8217;OEB pour se concentrer sur la brevetabilit\u00e9 des innovations ayant un aspect IA. L&#8217;OEB a organis\u00e9 une conf\u00e9rence en 2018 consacr\u00e9e au brevetage de l&#8217;IA, t\u00e9moignant de l&#8217;impact que l&#8217;IA a dans tous les domaines technologiques. <\/p>\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;une id\u00e9e fausse r\u00e9pandue que les logiciels informatiques ne peuvent pas \u00eatre brevet\u00e9s. Bien que tous les logiciels ne soient pas brevetables, les logiciels dans le domaine des technologies m\u00e9dicales sont souvent brevetables. Naviguer dans les exclusions de brevetabilit\u00e9 peut repr\u00e9senter un d\u00e9fi avec les inventions d&#8217;IA car elles peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme une forme de m\u00e9thode math\u00e9matique, qui figurent sur la liste des non-inventions d\u00e9finies par la Convention sur le brevet europ\u00e9en.  <\/p>\n<p>Bien que la mise en \u0153uvre routini\u00e8re de l&#8217;IA ou de l&#8217;apprentissage automatique pour r\u00e9soudre un probl\u00e8me pr\u00e9visiblement r\u00e9solvable par l&#8217;IA soit peu susceptible d&#8217;\u00eatre suffisante pour obtenir une protection par brevet, il est tout \u00e0 fait possible d&#8217;obtenir une protection par brevet pour les inventions d&#8217;IA.<\/p>\n<p>Ce webinaire explorera par l&#8217;exemple comment aborder le brevetage d&#8217;inventions d&#8217;IA dans le domaine m\u00e9dical et comment naviguer dans les exclusions de brevetabilit\u00e9, y compris certains types de logiciels informatiques, les m\u00e9thodes math\u00e9matiques pures et les m\u00e9thodes de diagnostic.<\/p>\n<div class=\"btn-wrap \"><a href=\"https:\/\/lnkd.in\/grHujy7.\" class=\"btn-underline on-grey\" target=\"_blank\">Register here<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WIPR Insights et HGF Limited pr\u00e9sentent : \u00ab Brevetage d&#8217;inventions informatiques de sant\u00e9 en IA et apprentissage automatique \u00bb.
