Les approches m\u00e9dicales traditionnelles adoptent souvent un mod\u00e8le unique, mais la m\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e bas\u00e9e sur l&#8217;IA change la donne en exploitant la puissance des donn\u00e9es, de l&#8217;apprentissage automatique (ML) et de l&#8217;analyse avanc\u00e9e pour cr\u00e9er des plans de soins individualis\u00e9s.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La m\u00e9decine ou les soins de sant\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9s, \u00e9galement connus sous le nom de m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9cision, sont une approche des soins de sant\u00e9 qui personnalise les d\u00e9cisions m\u00e9dicales, les pratiques et les produits pour chaque patient. Ces appareils peuvent d\u00e9tecter des anomalies et alerter les prestataires de soins de sant\u00e9 et les patients, permettant une intervention rapide. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ce sont des exemples d&#8217;IA dans la m\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e. Cependant, l&#8217;IA fait \u00e9galement progresser l&#8217;innovation dans les soins de sant\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, comme le d\u00e9montre la Food and Drug Administration (FDA) aux \u00c9tats-Unis, qui a \u00e9tabli une liste d&#8217;algorithmes m\u00e9dicaux d&#8217;IA\/ML autoris\u00e9s pour le march\u00e9. Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, plus de 500 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9s et la majorit\u00e9 d&#8217;entre eux concernent l&#8217;imagerie m\u00e9dicale, par exemple dans le diagnostic [1].   <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L&#8217;Agence de r\u00e9glementation des m\u00e9dicaments et des produits de sant\u00e9 (MHRA) n&#8217;a pas publi\u00e9 de liste similaire ; cependant, le gouvernement britannique reconna\u00eet l&#8217;importance du r\u00f4le de l&#8217;IA dans les soins de sant\u00e9 futurs et a annonc\u00e9 en mars 2023 qu&#8217;il finance neuf des technologies de sant\u00e9 bas\u00e9es sur l&#8217;IA les plus prometteuses pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la recherche [2]. De m\u00eame, en ao\u00fbt 2023, le gouvernement britannique a annonc\u00e9 22 projets qui recevront un financement pour explorer comment d\u00e9velopper et utiliser l&#8217;IA dans les soins de sant\u00e9. L&#8217;un de ces projets (Universit\u00e9 d&#8217;Oxford) concerne les soins de sant\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9s o\u00f9 l&#8217;IA est utilis\u00e9e pour la pr\u00e9diction des risques cliniques afin de d\u00e9terminer la probabilit\u00e9 de futurs probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 en fonction des conditions existantes d&#8217;un individu. Le gouvernement britannique a \u00e9galement nomm\u00e9 deux experts de premier plan pour diriger l&#8217;organisation par le Royaume-Uni du premier grand sommet international sur l&#8217;utilisation s\u00fbre de l&#8217;IA, \u00e0 l&#8217;automne 2023. [3]     <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La progression de la technologie m\u00e9dicale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral se refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement dans le nombre de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de brevets o\u00f9 la technologie m\u00e9dicale a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#8217;un des principaux moteurs de croissance des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de brevets \u00e0 l&#8217;OEB en 2022. En examinant le nombre de demandes de brevets li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;IA publi\u00e9es par l&#8217;OEB, ce nombre a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et en 2022, plus de 10 000 demandes de brevets li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#8217;IA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La m\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e bas\u00e9e sur l&#8217;IA repr\u00e9sente un changement dans les soins de sant\u00e9, s&#8217;\u00e9loignant des approches uniques pour tous, vers des traitements et des interventions sur mesure.
