Finalisation des règles de procédure de la JUB

novembre 2015

Les États signataires de la JUB ont approuvé et adopté une version finale du Règlement de procédure, sous réserve de futures modifications concernant les frais de justice.

Les tableaux aux pages 141 et 142 donnent un aperçu des étapes des procédures en contrefaçon et en nullité.

Le Règlement de procédure complet est disponible ici.

Avec l’emplacement de la division londonienne de la JUB déjà confirmé (voir ici), la finalisation du Règlement constitue un élément essentiel pour faire de la Juridiction unifiée du brevet une réalité.
