Le test de coup de pied dans les pneus

De plus en plus de propriétaires d’entreprises choisissent de réaliser une due diligence vendeur (VDD) avant une vente, laissant les experts examiner les livres et contrats avant de mettre l’entreprise sur le marché. Personne n’achète une entreprise sans au moins « donner un coup de pied dans les pneus », alors pourquoi ne pas faire appel aux experts pour effectuer un bon entretien pré-vente ?
