Séminaire UPC à Düsseldorf

HGF et Krieger Mes organisent un séminaire en allemand sur l’UPC en pratique : premières expériences, stratégies et perspectives pratiques, suivi d’un networking et d’un service de restauration dans les bureaux de Krieger Mes.

Le séminaire se déroulera le 17 juin 2025 de 14h00 à 17h00 chez Krieger Mes, Bennigsen-Platz 1, 40474 Düsseldorf.

Le partenaire HGF Bernhard Ganahl rejoindra le Prof. Dr. Jochen Bühling, Jens Künzel et le Dr. Dirk Jestaedt de Krieger Mes pour discuter des expériences de première main devant la Juridiction unifiée du brevet (UPC), incluant les considérations stratégiques concernant l’opt-out/opt-in, les implications financières, l’application, la portée territoriale et les enseignements pratiques tirés des premières audiences orales.

Cet événement captivant explorera les premières leçons pratiques des procédures UPC et évaluera leur impact sur la stratégie de brevets à travers l’Europe.
