L’UPC devrait ouvrir ses portes le 1er avril 2023

Le 6 octobre, l’équipe préparatoire de l’UPC a publié sa feuille de route concernant l’ouverture de l’UPC.

La ratification allemande de l’accord UPC devrait avoir lieu du 19 au 23 décembre 2022, la période de transition commençant le 1er janvier 2023 et l’UPC ouvrant ses portes le 1er avril 2023.
