“Case Law” epi roadshows – Stockholm, Istanbul and Milan

HGF Partner Leythem Wall is joining other industry speakers for the “Case Law” epi roadshows in September, October and November.

The seminars will provide attendees with an overview of the most recent key decisions and developments in the EPO’s board of appeal case law. It offers a range of subjects, including procedural and substantive topics with a mixture of general-interest and more field-specific topics.

Leythem Wall will be speaking as an epi expert and will join other speakers to discuss disclaimers, clarity, specific applications of the problem-and-solution approach.

Organised by the epi with the support of the EPO Boards of the Appeal and the European Patent Academy, the seminar will also include a mock Opposition Appeal Oral Proceedings in which Leythem will participate.
