Die Veranstaltung findet am Montag, den 11., und Dienstag, den 12. Mai in Rotterdam, Niederlande, statt. Sie bietet der Mikrobiom-Community umfassende Einblicke, um wissenschaftliche Entdeckungen in marktf\u00e4hige Produkte zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Craig Thomson<\/a>, Partner und Patentanwalt bei HGF, wird zum Thema \u201eAufbau der richtigen IP-Strategie f\u00fcr Entwickler von Gesundheits- und Wellnessprodukten\u201c sprechen.<\/p>\n

Entwickler von frei verk\u00e4uflichen Produkten (OTC) geraten h\u00e4ufig in die Falle, Strategien f\u00fcr geistiges Eigentum (IP) zu entwickeln, die sich an den seit Langem etablierten Strategien f\u00fcr klinisch zugelassene Arzneimittel orientieren, was zu kostspieligen, ineffizienten und nicht zielgerichteten IP-Strategien f\u00fchrt. Nachdem wir untersucht haben, was Entwickler im OTC-Markt von IP erwarten, werden wir er\u00f6rtern, wie ein auf nicht klinisch zugelassene Produkte zugeschnittener IP-Ansatz gestaltet werden kann; ein Ansatz, der alle IP-Instrumente intelligent nutzt, um die effizienteste L\u00f6sung zu schaffen.
