Die Verbraucher sind zunehmend besorgt \u00fcber die Auswirkungen ihrer Ausgaben im Einzelhandel auf die Umwelt, aber kann man einigen Einzelh\u00e4ndlern und Markeninhabern &#8220;Greenwashing&#8221; vorwerfen? Stiller Luxus ist ebenfalls ein neuer Trend. Wie wirkt sich dies auf den Einzelhandel und den Schutz des geistigen Eigentums aus? Der Einzelhandelsbereich wurde auch von einer Reihe von F\u00e4llen beherrscht, in denen es um Nachahmungen ging, sowohl im Bereich der Marken als auch des Designs. Ist dies ein Bereich, der f\u00fcr Einzelh\u00e4ndler und Markeninhaber zunehmend Chancen oder Sorgen bereitet?
