The conference addressed a range of \u00a0topical IP issues including how to run a compliant influencer campaign, designs and packaging best practice, parody trade marks, the likely impact of artificial intelligence on trade mark protection and budgeting issues for retailers.<\/p>\n
Other areas covered included a review of UK IPO decisions, an update on the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the impact of Brexit on global brand strategies.<\/p>\n
