It offers a range of subjects, including procedural and substantive topics with a mixture of general-interest and more field-specific topics.<\/p>\n<p>Leythem Wall\u00a0will be speaking as an epi expert and will join other speakers to discuss disclaimers, clarity, specific applications of the problem-and-solution approach.<\/p>\n<p>Organised by the epi with the support of the EPO Boards of the Appeal and the European Patent Academy, the seminar will also include a mock Opposition Appeal Oral Proceedings in which Leythem will participate.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar dates and locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2019, Stockholm<\/li>\n<li>11<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0October 2019, Istanbul<\/li>\n<li>15<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0November 2019, Milan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HGF Partner Leythem Wall is joining other industry speakers for the \u201cCase Law\u201d epi roadshows in September, October and November.
