WIPR webinar ‘Brexit, trademarks and designs: the end of the beginning? Or just the beginning’ will be hosted on Wednesday 16th December by HGF Partner Lee Curtis.

In the webinar Lee Curtis will provide an overview of what has been agreed on the protection of designs and trademarks in the UK and EU after the UK’s departure from the EU.

He will discuss the likely ongoing impact of Brexit on UK and EU trademark practice after the end of the transition period on December 31, 2020, providing practical advice on the protection of designs and trademarks and some thoughts on where the UK and EU are likely diverge in the future in this important area of IP law.
