Everyone is surrounded by brands on a daily basis and it is this instant recognition and relationship that brands have with consumers which is key to my interest and approach to brand protection.

Why work with me? It's simple really, I enjoy learning about new products and ventures, working with new people and helping a business grow their brand into a valuable asset.

Brands are business and my approach to working with clients is to understand how the brand fits into the business and what the drivers are for brand growth and where the brand needs to be positioned in the future. Strategy is crucial.

I offer the full spectrum of trade mark services so from registration of trade marks, clearance searches for new brands and enforcement advice, trade mark & design portfolio management and strategy, trade mark & domain name watching services, licence agreements, assignments and global assignment recordal programmes, domain name actions (Nominet & ICANN), Company Name Tribunal actions and advice relating to opposition, invalidity and revocation actions relating to trade marks and designs.

My practical expertise spans a wide number of areas including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, financial and FinTech, animal/pet nutrition, food & drink and the automotive sector. I work with large and small companies and everyone in between - it is this mixture and working with all sectors which keeps my job interesting!

Exercising a great deal of common sense, she doesn’t counsel clients in a vacuum or with self-protection from risk as her first concern; she is comfortable giving unvarnished reports on options along with her own recommendations.”
