Experience

Sarah is involved in all aspects of trade mark law, and advises clients on clearance searches, trade mark prosecution and contentious matters. She works with clients across a wide range of business sectors.

Sarah has particular experience working with clients in the healthcare industry, having started her trade mark career working in-house for a worldwide pharmaceutical company. At HGF, Sarah has handled trade mark and domain name disputes for clients in the human and veterinary pharmaceutical sectors. She has also been involved in carrying out various trade mark audits over the years, including a large-scale audit for a multinational pharmaceutical company.

Sarah also works with clients in the fields of financial services, fashion and the automotive sector among others.

She also has significant experience in handling certification and collective mark applications.

Directly prior to joining HGF, Sarah worked at a multinational energy company for a number of years where she provided support to the in-house trade mark team.
