Admitted in 2007, Olivia is a certified lawyer for IP law and advises on all aspects of trademark, design, and domain law as well as in the area of competition law. She is experienced in developing trademark strategies, conducting availability searches, application, prosecution and litigation of trademarks and designs as well as drafting IP related contracts.
Olivia studied law at Free University of Berlin and Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, where she completed her LL.M.
After gaining further experience in intellectual property and competition law during her practical time of education in Düsseldorf and Brussels she joined an intellectual property law firm in Munich, where she focused on trademark law and unfair competition law.
Subsequently, she advised primarily Italian clients on all aspects of intellectual property law at an Italian law Office in Munich. Prior to joining HGF in 2019, she was working at a law office advising clients in the publishing industry primarily in trademark related matters.
