Experience

Emma is a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney based in our Manchester Office. Prior to joining HGF in 2018, she obtained a Law degree and a first-class Masters in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Manchester. She also spent a short time working in Amsterdam for a well-known fashion brand.

Emma has experience assisting clients from a range of industries with their intellectual property, particularly advising on new trade mark and design applications, conducting pre-filing clearance searches and handling contentious matters. She can also assist with online monitoring and takedowns, including e-commerce platforms such as Alibaba and Taobao.
