Experience

Chris has more than eight years’ experience in the patent profession, specialising in the field of chemistry, particularly medical devices, polymers, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals and surface chemistry. As well as drafting and prosecuting patent applications, he handles contentious EPO opposition and appeal proceedings, provides strategic advice on IP portfolios, and opinions on the infringement and validity of patents.
