Experience

Susanne has a solid background in IP administration before becoming a Certified Trade Mark Attorney in 2012. She has a wide knowledge of not only the legal aspects, but also the operational aspects of IP.

Susanne has a lot of experience with (strategic and cost-efficient) management of expansive, international IP portfolio's. Furthermore, she is often involved with re-branding projects and large trade mark clearance projects. She advises a broad range of international clients, mainly in the retail and fashion industry. Aspects of this work involve handling opposition and infringement matters, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, filing observations and cooperating with local law firms on court actions.
