2. Regulation

HGF Europe LLP is regulated by the Intellectual Property Regulation Board (IPREG). Details of the professional rules for registered patent and trade mark attorneys are on IPREG’s website.

Our German attorneys are registered at the German Patent and Trade Mark Office,  and are members of the Patentanwaltskammer (German Patent Attorneys Association).  Our German patent attorneys are further subject to the professional rules stipulated by the German Patent Attorney Code (Patentanwaltsordnung) and the Professional Code of Conduct for Patent Attorneys (Berufsordnung der Patentanwälte), as well as the FICPI (Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle) Code of Professional Conduct.

Where a client instructs HGF Europe LLP to perform services on its behalf, those services will be provided under these Terms of Business, subject to any agreement or variation in writing between us and our client.

5. Complaints

We strive to meet our clients’ expectations, but inevitably we will not always achieve that and we have a Complaints Policy, and associated procedure, for dealing with any complaints that a client may have. Our policy can be found here.
