Trainee Patent Attorney
Stephanie graduated in June 2010 with a degree in Physics from the University of York, including a final year project investigating electrofreezing of pure water.
Stephanie later completed a Masters degree in Neuroscience at Newcastle University in which she worked on research into motor and memory systems, including analysis of electrophysiological recordings, in vitro studies and MRI imaging. After graduation, she spent time working in a small company specialising in instrumentation, illumination design and biometric systems.
Stephanie joined the Sheffield office of HGF in January 2013 as a Trainee Patent Attorney and gained a Post-graduate Diploma in IP from Bournemouth University in June 2014. Her work currently involves drafting and prosecution of patent applications in numerous areas, including telecommunications, networking and consumer devices. She joined the York office in March 2015 and is working towards UK and European qualification.
