Sarah is a New Zealand Qualified Solicitor at HGF with experience in working across a range of intellectual property rights including patents, confidential information, copyright, designs and trade marks. Sarah has advised in relation to both contentious and transactional IP matters, across a variety of different sectors.
Sarah joined HGF in 2020 from a US firm in London. She has recently completed a Master of Philosophy in Law at the University of Oxford, where her thesis focused on patents and artificial intelligence.
Sarah is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. She has also completed and passed all of the New Zealand patent attorney exams.
Prior to coming to the United Kingdom, Sarah worked as a litigator at a leading New Zealand intellectual property firm.
