Jason qualified as a registered trade mark attorney and solicitor at an international law firm in London, where he gained a wide range of experience.

As a brand specialist, Jason advises clients on all aspects of brand protection, worldwide portfolio management, IP strategy, brand clearance, due diligence, conflict and opposition advice and licensing. Jason services clients across a wide range of sectors, including the computer games industry, financial services sector, branding agency support, retail, skin care, automotive, logistics and industrial manufacturing.

Jason held the position of Chair of the HGF Group of Companies for 15 years until November 2023, during which time Jason gained considerable experience in strategic and commercial management and leadership, skills which he is utilising to provide clients with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
