Experience

James is a Chartered UK Trade Mark Attorney based in our London Office with over a decade of experience in the IP industry.

He currently advises clients on a broad range of trade mark matters, including clearing brands for use and registration, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications and a wide range of contentious matters. He has also completed a 12 month in-house secondment at a multinational agrochemical company.

James holds a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Leeds, and achieved a Distinction in the IP Litigation Certificate when qualifying as a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney.

In his spare time, James is a keen runner and has completed a number of marathons and ultramarathons.
