Jacqui joined HGF in 2005 as the firm’s first professional in the area of business development and marketing, reporting directly to the CEO. Since then the function has grown in size and reputation, and provides a pivotal role in the growth of the firm.
Jacqui has experience of both business development and marketing from both the agency and client’s perspective. In her career to date, she has worked for blue chip organisations such as Barclays Bank, The John Lewis Partnership and Pinnacle Insurance (a subsidiary of Banque Paribas), as well as marketing agencies servicing clients such as ASDA, Walmart, Masterfoods, PepsiCo, Unilever and JD Williams.
Jacqui is skilled in gaining and developing profitable and long term relationships. During her time at The Marketing Store she directed and led the new business programme in the Leeds office, which was highlighted as the best new business development office across the worldwide group in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Her experience in the service industry was gained during her time at Pinnacle Insurance, where she was part of the team developing new insurance programmes to grow premium income streams from the firm’s largest financial services clients.
Jacqui has developed and implemented marketing plans to achieve the objectives set out in the business plans for Pinnacle Insurance, Keith Brown Associates and The Marketing Store.
