Graeme is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales with over 25 years’ experience of contentious matters. 

His particular areas of interest and involvement in litigious and contentious intellectual property law, (involving prevention, intervention and relief) include, software development, application and licencing; copyright; passing off; protection of trade secrets; export of technology; unfair competition; confidentiality in employment, human rights concerning privacy and the issues arising on the misuse of personal sensitive data, often associated with reputation management.

He provides help to protect valuable trade, business and personal information at domestic and international levels. Much of the work undertaken regarding reputation is by its nature and content discreet.
