Dr Hannah Evans
Hannah joined HGF in October 2017 to train as a Patent Attorney having recently completed a PhD in High Energy Physics at the University of Cambridge.
Hannah obtained a First Class MPhys(Hons) Physics Degree from the University of Oxford in 2013 before starting her PhD. For her final year project she studied algorithms for reconstructing jets of particles produced during high energy collisions of protons.
Her doctoral research at the University of Cambridge focused on measuring the lifetimes subatomic particles at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. She spent a year at CERN collaborating with researchers from a number of different European universities.
Hannah joined HGF in October 2017 to train as a Patent Attorney in the Manchester office.
